We proudly ship worldwide. Orders are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL. International parcels are delivered by your local postal service.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (PST), Monday–Friday, are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or holidays are processed the next business day.
You’ll receive an order confirmation and a tracking link by email when your parcel ships.

Customs & Legal: Customs may inspect packages and cause delays. For privacy, customs descriptions are generic (e.g., “massage item” or “accessory”). We cannot issue refunds for items seized by customs or not returned to us.
