Due to Product Nature
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate items that have been opened, used, or unsealed. We gladly resolve issues if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Eligible Returns
- Item is unused and unopened in original packaging.
- Return request made within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase provided (order confirmation or receipt).
How to Return
- Email support@himhive.com with your order number & reason.
- Receive your Return Authorization (RA) & instructions.
- Pack the unused item securely in the original packaging.
- Ship to the address below using a trackable service.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped a defective or incorrect product.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
Discreet Handling
All returns are processed in plain packaging. Items appearing used or not in original packaging will be declined and returned to you.
