After installing, turn the water on and get the right temperature first. It shouldn't be too hot or cold so neither temperature stresses nor harms the internal tissue of your colon. As you insert it, turn the water pressure down and push the lubricated, metal tip inside. Only use water-based lubricant on the silicone. Take your time and find a way to relax. You can place a chair or stool in the shower if that helps or lay down. As you snake your drain in the shower, allow for patience and enjoy the process as you fill up your hole and clean out your ass! When you're ready, gently pull the hose out and your body will naturally push the hose out as well! If you find the experience abrasive at all, use a lube shooter or turkey baster to add more lube inside your ass before insertion. As the hose comes out, it is normal for some fecal matter to be released as well.
